JUNE ACTIVITIES

Sunday, June 11th 1:00-2:30. Fairland Reginal Park.

NOTE....this is Fairland RECREATIONAL Park and not Fairland REGIONAL (SPORTS COMPLEX). This is our first Pack Summer Time Activity. This will be a Letterbox Hike through the trails. As a group, we will decode clues and follow written directions to locate several Letterboxes throughout the trails. Bring a notepad to record your finds and remember to bring along your 6 essentials! A compass can be used on this hike to help your scout to get accustomed to using them.

This is a Summer Time Activity but can also be used to help you with early requirements on your scouts new ranks! :-)

Join in all of the fun with the Baysox 18th annual Boy/Cub Scout Camp Out Event! Scouts will take part in a pre-game parade on the field (beginning at 6:15 pm) followed by a great baseball game featuring the Bowie Baysox as they take on the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. After the game, Scouts, Scout leaders and parents that have pre-registered, will get their camping gear and come onto the field and set up their tents for a night of fun under the stars to sleep on the field here at Prince George's Stadium! Fireworks and a movie will be after the game.

You are NOT required to camp to join us for the Parade, Game and Fireworks, though camping is included in the ticket price.
